GEORGE
GRISWOLD, II, Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Investment
Committee. After two years in the
United States Navy, Mr. Griswold completed studies for a B.A. degree at the University
of Virginia in 1965. He worked in the Credit, Trust and Bond
Departments of the Whitney
National Bank before joining Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 1968. He was on the Board of Trustees of Trinity
Episcopal School, Jefferson Scholarship Committee (University
of Virginia), Louisiana Civil Service
League, the Virginia Athletics Foundation, Christ
School, New Orleans Lawn
Tennis Club and Kingsley House.
DAVID
T. POINTER, President and Member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Pointer received a B.B.A. from Southern
Methodist University in 1981 and joined Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 1982. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of
Lambeth House and Episcopal Housing for Seniors and past Member of the Board of
Trustees of Isidore Newman School. He is also a past Member of the Board of
Trustees of Trinity Episcopal School and a past Member of the Parenting Center
of Children’s Hospital Advisory Board of Directors.
MICHAEL
B. WHEALDON, Executive Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Member of the
Investment Committee. Mr. Whealdon
received his B.B.A. degree from Loyola
University, New
Orleans, LA in
1983. He was with Continental
Underwriters, Ltd. from 1980-1983 until joining Waters, Parkerson & Co. as
an Investment Counselor in 1983.
J.
BALDWIN MONTGOMERY, CFA, Vice President and
Member of the Investment Committee. Mr.
Montgomery received a B.B.A. from the University
of Mississippi in 1998 and
is a CFA Charterholder. He was a
corporate lender with Whitney National Bank before joining Waters, Parkerson
& Co. in 2001.
STEPHEN
J. CASAMENTO, Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Member of the
Investment Committee. Mr. Casamento
received his B.S. degree from the University
of New Orleans in
1972. He was Secretary/Treasurer with
Waters, Parkerson & Co. from July 1972 thru November 1980. He was President, Director and a Portfolio
Manager with JMC Capital Management, from December 1980 thru May 2000. He rejoined Waters, Parkerson & Co. in
June 2000. He has served as a Director
and Secretary/Treasurer for the University
of New Orleans Foundation.
PHILIP
GENSLER, JR., Executive Vice President and Member of the Investment
Committee. Mr. Gensler received his
B.A. degree from Tulane University
in 1957 and also attended Tulane
Law School. He was an account executive for Merrill
Lynch from 1961-1973 before joining Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 1973. He is
also a past President and Member of the Financial Analysts of New Orleans. Mr. Gensler is the past Chairman and serves
on the Executive Committee of the Times-Picayune Doll & Toy Fund. He is also past Chairman of the Board and
presently serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
of the Metropolitan Crime Commission.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau
of the Greater New Orleans Area. He is a Retired Colonel, United States Army
Reserve.
DEVIN
J. WAKEMAN, Investment Counselor. Mr. Wakeman received a B.B.A. from the University
of Richmond in 2004 and an M.B.A. from
the University of
New Orleans in 2007. He was an analyst with Marsh Inc. and a
corporate lender with Whitney National Bank before joining Waters, Parkerson
& Co. in 2007.
JULIE
WATERS BURLINGAME, Operations Manager. Mrs.
Burlingame received a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University
of Kentucky in 1981 and
joined Waters, Parkerson & Co. upon graduation. She has previously served on the Board of Louise S. McGehee
School.
WILLIAM
E. CRUIKSHANK, Comptroller. Mr.
Cruikshank received a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana
State University
in 1973 and became a Certified Public Accountant in January 1975. He was an auditor with Arthur Andersen &
Co. from 1973 to 1975, and later the Comptroller for Landis Construction
Company from 1975 to 1987. He joined
Waters, Parkerson & Co. in 1987.
Mr. Cruikshank is a Member of the Louisiana Society of CPA's and the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
NANCY E. PATRICK, Manager of Client
Services. Ms. Patrick received a B.A.
degree in Business Education from Louisiana
State University
in 1974. She was Manager of the Pension
Administration Department from August 1975 until November 1980. From December 1980 to June 2000 she served
as Manager of Client Services with JMC Capital Management. She rejoined Waters, Parkerson & Co. in
June 2000.
